About 10-15 minutes for the contractor. They receive a secure link, upload their company documents, add their workers and declare any subcontractors. No account creation required.
What happens when a document expires?
Vettit sends the contractor a renewal reminder at 14 days and 7 days before expiry. You receive a weekly digest every Monday showing everything expiring in the next 30 days.
Can contractors work across multiple sites?
Yes. Company-level documents like public liability insurance are verified once and apply across all sites. Site-specific documents like SWMS are collected per engagement.
Is our data stored in Australia?
Yes. All data is stored in Australian data centres and we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.
